Shipping & Returns 1. Shipping and Delivery Shipping terms are EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free On Board) as specified on your Sales Order. While we coordinate with major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) to ensure timely delivery, Promotex is not liable for delays or damages occurring in transit once the goods have left the factory or our warehouse. 2. Claims and Defects Any claims for shortages, defects, or incorrect items must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Samples of the defective product and photographic evidence may be required for our Sourcing Team to investigate with the factory. 3. Returns Because our products are custom-branded to your specifications, returns are not accepted unless the product is physically defective or does not match the approved artwork proof. Note for Clients: Logistics and “In-Hand” dates are estimates. We strongly recommend allowing a “buffer” week for international shipments to account for potential customs inspections or freight delays.
